How the Training is Organized

Interactive Learning Module

Playbook Script & Activity Management: Our playbook script helps guide your delivery with clarity and consistency. You'll also learn to facilitate discussions, manage activities, and create custom timelines for training, ensuring a tailored approach to your organization's needs.

Activity Management and Discussion Facilitation: We provide instructions on delivering activities and managing discussions, fostering an interactive and engaging learning environment.

Historical Overview and Presentation Skills: We provide a historical perspective on business etiquette, offering context to modern professional standards. You'll also receive essential tips on improving your presentation skills, which are vital for career advancement.

Trainee Practice and Customization: Participants will select topics for presentation practice, applying their newly acquired skills in real-world scenarios. The course also includes resources for continuous learning and professional development.

Summary Debrief: Each training concludes with a Q&A session to address remaining questions, followed by a debrief, ensuring you are equipped with the tools to design and implement custom classes.
