    Your license includes reprint permission for class workbooks, visual aids, and addendums.

    Can I train others with this certification?

    The license is for your exclusive use. While you can conduct workshops and classroom instruction, you cannot use the Global Protocol Academy’s copyrighted materials to conduct a train-the-trainer course.

    Can I purchase the materials if I’ve already had similar training?

    Yes, you can purchase the materials. However, the Certification of Attainment is only awarded to those who complete our training. This ensures you understand and correctly use the materials. A signed license agreement is required to begin the training and receive certification.

    Can we videotape the classroom instruction?

    Videotaping is permitted only during approved segments of the training.

    Are your visual aids available for purchase?

    Our visual aids are part of the subject-matter expert (SME) training modules and are not sold separately from the training materials.
